Join Our Team as a Service Contract Coordinator!

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience?

We're looking for a proactive Service Contract Coordinator to join our Service Contracts team. In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll play a vital part in managing contract renewals, supporting customer enquiries, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service at every stage of their journey.

Working closely with customers, field sales teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll help drive contract retention, process amendments accurately, and ensure service agreements are managed efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing monthly service contract renewals and achieving agreed renewal targets.
  • Preparing and issuing pipette quotations within agreed service level agreements.
  • Responding to customer leads and enquiries promptly, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Handling customer escalations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Processing contract amendments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring installed equipment is covered under the correct service agreements.
  • Maintaining and managing the Contracts Inbox.
  • Conducting proactive outbound calls to existing customers.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
