- Performing preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems
- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks and helping to improve equipment reliability
- Supporting electrical, mechanical, building, HVAC, and forklift maintenance needs
- Using CMMS to document work activities and manage maintenance records
- Maintaining parts inventory and source supplies as needed
- Operating machine shop tools and performing general facility maintenance as assigned
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or related role.
- Experience with forklifts, preferably with a certification.
- Ability to be adaptable, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
- Comfortability to work as a self-starter, both independently and with a team.
