Marketing Campaign Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Marketing team is searching for an individual who can execute high impact marketing campaigns and events and work closely with our global partners to ensure smooth and successful marketing execution worldwide.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with cross-functional marketing, communication and sales teams to execute a fully integrated multi-channel marketing and lead generation strategy that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives
  • Maintaining relationships and consistent communication with Global Marketing Organizations to ensure campaigns are effectively executed locally in each country
  • Working with MarCom, Inside Sales and eBusiness to ensure all content marketing, product launches, web content and campaigns are consistent, packaged, translated and released on-time and successfully
  • Proactively analyzing and measuring results & ROI of marketing initiatives and nurturing campaigns and making suggestions in strategy/execution or media channel as appropriate.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key publications, journals and conference organizations in our market space. Actively promoting partner marketing to generate new names in the database
  • Event coordination, execution and reporting (including logistics, budget, promotion and day-of management) 
  • Writing copy to support global and U.S. events, including, but not limited to, landing pages, email and social media
  • Domestic and international travel as needed, approximately 15% travel

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Communication required
  • Minimum 2-4 years developing, implementing and measuring marketing communications plans, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant marketing and communications experience in industrial markets is strongly preferred; B2B marketing communications experience preferred
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, desktop publishing skills including translating technical material into a concise sales friendly format
  • Ability to write both display copy (advertising headlines) and long-format materials (email campaigns), translating technical material into a concise sales-ready format
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables, and handle pressure in a positive manner
  • Experience managing vendor relationships as well as negotiating contracts
  • Good technical aptitude with equal parts analytical and creative
  • Must feel comfortable engaging technical experts to obtain needed information
  • Willingness and ability to travel to trade shows, product launches, training or other meetings as needed; up to 15% of travel
  • Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Email marketing software, CRM (SAP), Adobe Analytics preferred, but not required
