IT Services Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for Managing team of IT professionals in the U.S Central Region.  This s a leadership position that requires prior leadership and IT Services experience. This position requires someone with strong technical skills and knowledge to step in and help team members. Excellent communications skills are also of the highest priority for this role as you will be communicating and exchanging ideas with our IT leaders and also team members.

  • Manage area IT services in  with the Mettler Toledo Global Service desk operations, and area IT coordination goals and objectives
  • Maintaining communication with different business units and other IT team leaders
  • Focus on integration of area IT services and regional IT leadership and executive initiatives for standardization and centralized services
  • Developing and Maintaining an overview of the entire IT landscape to cover IT lifecycle, software/application portfolio and local software/hardware licenses
  • Analyze performance, procedures and local IT situations, and development solutions with stakeholders.
  • Establish operating procedures to fulfill service level agreements
  • Collaborate and exchange information and knowledge with team members and other leaders in the global organization.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology
  • 8-10 years of Management experience in an IT services environment
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft products and systems/infrastructure
  • Identifying strategies to increase performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other IT Leaders and Team members to drive continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
