Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  •  Product Support 
    •  Professional supports to improve the satisfaction of internal customers and external customers by technical proposal, on-site support, project support, process optimization, products training, etc.
    •  Study the relative technology and understand the trend of the technology, combine the technology with customer's requirements and offer the innovation solution to customers 
    • Cooperate with MO (Marketing Organization) to promote the relative products and help MO to achieve the targets by Seminars, GTC (Go to customers), SRA (Service side along), etc. 
    • Optimize the supporting tools and improve the efficiency of support by the support documentation, FAQ library, eTraining, eDemo, Helpdesk, etc. 
    • Offer the tools for value selling and service to improve the competence of products 
    • Offer product training to sales and service 
  • Product Maintenance (MOL) 
    • Record the actual product situation during test or on-site application, share the information to Product Manager and R&D department and give the optimization suggestions to them 
    • Cooperate with Quality Department on product quality issues and make the continuous improvement on products
    •  Support PM/GPM (Global Product Manager) to solve the questions from technical support team
    •  Optimize the marketing and technical materials 
    • Products update and phase out 
  • Studio (Support and Training Center) management 
    • User management 
    • Equipment management 
    • Product layout
    • Scene set-up 
    • How to video shooting
    • Schedule management

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education 
    • Bachelor or above degree 
  • Working years
    •  At least 2 years experiences in industry (Automation or IIoT experience is plus, and social media experience is strong plus) Professional skill 
  • Clear mindsets, quick learning capacity and good communication skill 
  •  Good at computer operation, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. 
  • Fluent reading and speaking in English 
  • Proactive, honest and reliable and good team working spirit 
  • Be on business frequently
