Senior SAP CO Consultant

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

To strengthen our team, which is based in our Shared Business Center (SBC) in Warsaw, we are looking for a talented and motivated SAP CO Consultant/SAP CO Expert.

This is a position in the global team spread around the globe in Asia, Europe and the Americas with a joint commitment to implement new projects and support the SAP business users in all METTLER TOLEDO units. You will act as a technology subject matter expert in the SAP Finance team and report to the Finance Lead. We are currently working on a global strategic business transformation program aimed at standardizing our major business processes globally and introducing SAP. The SAP Application/Technology Management team is a globally acting group that handles all SAP Business Users concerns.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Expansion of the FICO template in support of roll-in and other Projects.
  • Partner with Business Key and Power Users in their daily work, especially after Go-Live of new units.
  • Second Level Support for Integrated ERP Solution (Incident and Service management).
  • Analysis & monitoring of critical customer situations in SAP.
  • Design, specification, test, documentation and implementation of changes to business processes.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and optimizing business processes and interfaces.
  • Close cooperation with Global Leads and Team.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 5 years working experience with SAP CO, good experience in FICO Customizing and cross modules integration.
  • At least 3 full cycle project implementation experience in SAP FICO area.
  • Experience in projects and supporting an integrated ERP solution.
  • ITIL processes understanding.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • S4 Hana experience is a plus.
  • ABAP development experience is a plus.
  • Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a global environment (cultural awareness).
