HR Shared Services Hub Specialist (night shift)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a member of our newly established HR Shared Services operation, you provide a wide range of effective and customer-oriented HR services to employees, managers and HR colleagues. The company has embarked on a profound HR transformation, and you will be a vital contributor to implementing a new HR system and establishing a best-in-class shared service operation. Together with your team colleagues, you actively support the HR function with projects and change initiatives and being engaged in continuous improvement efforts.

Principal Duties 

  • Support the effective operation of centralized HR administration throughout the full employee lifecycle including hiring new joiners into the HR system, providing a positive pre-boarding experience, timely processing of changes to existing employment contracts including promotion/salary changes, etc. all the way to supporting terminations.
  • Ensure employee master data are complete and accurate in our HR system. Support mass data changes or uploads. Collaborate with various HR functions on special data projects and initiatives, e.g. salary benchmark uploads, etc.
  • Create, distribute and file documents as a result of employment changes as per country’s requirement, making use of our electronic document management system.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with our operational manuals, SLAs as well as payroll cut-off dates.
  • Being a super user for our various HR system modules and provide first level support to end users. Preparing the system to facilitate key HR processes such as annual merit increase, training events, performance management, etc.
  • Answer employee queries and handle employee requests across a broad spectrum of topics, build-up and maintain the related knowledge base to constantly improve the ability of our SSC to support employee queries and requests.
  • Support in-country recruiters and hiring managers with arranging interview logistics and job postings.
  • Being a champion in building custom data reports as well as analyze and interpret data. Facilitate feedback surveys and provide summary findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with HR SSC colleagues to ensure consistency in service and standards.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager and support the team's projects.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3 years with related working experience; with at least 1-year hands-on experience in Workday system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, including but not limited to business administration, Human Resource, Shared Services etc.
  • Strong interest in human resources with experience in HR administration.
  • Comfortable working in a Shared Services environment and communicating with colleagues in the US, Europe and Asia countries (Shift Hour: 10pm-7am).
  • Experience using cloud-based HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of data analytics, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mexican Spanish is an advantage.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
