- Resolving customer's complaints and offering support via email and phone,
- Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers,
- Assisting customers with the order process and providing the most current shipping status on existing orders,
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer queries and issues are resolved promptly,
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in SAP system.
- First professional experience.
- Fluency in German and English language (C1 level),
- Knowledge of Polish (min. B1 level),
- Very good communication skills and customer orientation,
- Quality focus and problem solving attitude,
- SAP knowledge would be an asset.
