- To achieve targeted LabTec and Anachem sales in assigned key accounts through inside Sales approach.
- Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.
- Responsible as a single point contact for key accounts to handle sales and after sales requirements.
- Inside sales will be responsible for nurturing leads, arranging demos / eDemos with the help of technical team and with the support of direct sales team.
- Keep track of leads and converting to orders. Arranging appointments of sales team with key accounts. Preparing quotations. Payment follow up.
- Should have capability to learn technical product information which they should use to understand customer's need and application to offer correct LabTec and Anachem products and accessories.
- Management of existing database and tagging for NVC channel. Need to work upon improving quality of database by qualifying customers as well as adding new set of customers.
- Able to liaison between the Regions sales and service team.
- Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines.
- Should be able to update leads into CRM and extract this data for meaningful future analytics.
- Set up a sales network through Internet & Mailers.
Exposure to SAP CRM/ Salesforce would be an additional advantage.
