- Teach other Assemblers how to follow detailed mechanical/electrical schematics, prints, parts lists, assembly instructions, processes and procedures
- Construct product inspection equipment in accordance with Risk Assessment and Safe Electrical guidelines
- Assemble product inspection systems as designed.
- Assemble systems using hoists, cranes, hand and power tools
- Use Electric Stud gun as needed
- Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and material to Assembly Lead and/or Assembly Manager
- Document actions by completing quality checklists
- Work with Engineering to understand our process capabilities and develop ideas that reduce costs and improve quality
- Ensure production scheduled machines are completed on time
- Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing function
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Accurately track and record time spent on projects
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50lbs
- Will be required to assemble machines when needed due to production needs.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum Three (3) years' experience in industrial machinery with previous training experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
