- Ensure on time delivery of MTMS outbound deliveries.
- Monitor and problem resolution of delivery and transfer order creation, including expediting production orders to ensure timely delivery creation.
- Monitor and problem resolution of goods issue processing.
- Maintain shipment archives both domestic and international.
- Facilitate the correction of internal errors identified by support and the MTMS Team.
- Communicate with internal and external organizations, including freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely resolution of outbound issues and daily pickups.
- Facilitate the consolidation of material from various facilities as required by the customer for single shipments.
- Facilitate processing of Returns with production and quality teams.
- Provide freight quotes to internal customers.
- General outbound support as needed.
- Assist in driving a lean culture within the MTMS organization.
- Resolve any problems that occur during shipment such as tracing lost shipments or filing insurance claims.
- Manage the MTMS Freight quote email account.
- Provide customer support via telephone, e-mail, Microsoft Teams, or other communication methods.
- Provide support to, and act as a backup for, Vehicle Delivery and Truck Scale Assembly Supervisor as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High School Diploma is required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and/or order coordination
- Associate degree in Logistics or related field is preferred
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment
