- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated functional tests using specific tools.
- Analyze the results with the test expectation, report defects if needed.
- Analyze results and prepare test summary reports after execution.
- Coordinate automated testing with internal team.
- Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives to plan.
- Anticipate defects management process and take corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
- Maintain high level of quality in all duties assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business or Technology or equivalent.
- 4 years relevant working experience and knowledge of one or more programming language.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with automated testing and CRM/ERP.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of Quality Assurances processes.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Analytical thinking ability and adept at conducting research into technical issues.
- Independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
