- Managing the Service Sales team to meet or exceed performance targets (KPI).
- Driving sales and profitability growth in a fast-evolving, target-focused environment.
- Working in close cooperation with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure the highest customer experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 2 years of Sales Management (preferably service) in a B2B environment
- Strong people management skills (engagement, development and coaching activities)
- Strong customer service and analytical approach
- Dedication to continuous improvement and fast-learning attitude
- A self-starter attitude to identify problems and find solutions autonomously
- Strong ability to interface with other departments and teams in a cooperative way
