- Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation.
- Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for LabTech Instrument.
- Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
- Demonstrate good technical knowledge of LabTech scales / products
- Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
- Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations
- Responsible to build customer relationship
- Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills
- Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field
- Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.
- Overall and Specific Experience:
- Experience on Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage.
- Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
