B.Sc IT/CS, B.E. or B.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent qualification from a reputed college.
▪ Industry experience of 2-5 years in the field of support functions and customer relationship. 2-3 yrs experience in offshore duties in European countries or USA would be added advantage.
▪ Good basic IT knowhow especially on TCP/IP networks, Peripheral device connectivity over network via USB, Ethernet or Bluetooth, MS SQL Server, Windows OS, Active Directory, virtualized environments.
▪ Providing support on 3-Tier/Client Server architecture. Standalone vs Distributed installations and working over networked environment.
▪ Troubleshooting instrument connectivity issues with Easy Scan, SmartCheck, Analytical balances and SmartStand etc.
▪ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
▪ Profound customer service skills.
▪ Profound knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. Logically relating and fixing the problems. Creating content (Support Documents & Videos etc.) as required.
▪ In-depth knowledge of installing/ maintaining software needed for production processes.
▪ Strong decision-making and excellent problem-solving skills.
▪ Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
▪ Team performer as well as skilled to work independently. Well-organized. Good intercultural soft skill; ability to gel with large section of the industry level.
