Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages (English and French),
- Attaching emails in SAP,
- Checking if the customer’s orders have been released,
- Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems,
- Processing emails on generic mailboxes,
- Daily contact with different business areas.
- Fluent French and English (min. B2),
- Numerical and analytical skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines,
- Attention to details,
- Multitasking,
- Good communication skills.

- Part-time (20 hours of work per week),
