- Update CRM and support execution of TM Campaigns or other Marketing Campaign (i.e: event).
- Telemarketing's main task is to find leads for MT's line of products and solutions. Definition of lead: customer is interested to be contacted further / visited by MT's sales engineer. TM will need to be able to understand basic product knowledge to be able to make customer interested in the solutions we offer and willing to discuss it further with our sales engineers.
- Qualifying database via Phone and Email
- Updating CRM Database
- Find leads through phone communication, create leads in CRM and assign leads to the correct sales
- Support and execute planned TM campaigns; or support event campaign
- · Minimum Bachelor or Diploma degree from any major
- · Good interpersonal skills
- · Good integrity, honest, sincere and high sense of responsibility
- · Enthusiast about developing personal skills and knowledge
- · Quick learner and love learning new things
- · Able to read and communicate in English
- · Quick learner and love learning new things
- · Prior telemarketing skills is preferred but not compulsory (junior level is acceptable)
- · Has basic computer skills in MS, especially Excel
