Technical Application Consultant (공정분석장비)

포지션 및 역할

Key Purpose of the Role

  • Learn and apply product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards. Make sure to be aligned with sales team to meet the sales target with proper attitude and responsibilities.
  • Combine technical knowledge with sales mindset to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
  • Responds and resolves customer's technical and/or application questions
  • Troubleshoots customer applications through our Marketing Organizations, OEM and end-user customers.

Strategic Outcome
  • Documents all customer contact and resolution of issues. 
  • Identifies and communicates process improvements, new products ideas, application aids, and other opportunities for Mettler-Toledo which may arise during communication with customers and Marketing Organizations. 
  • Provides training support for Marketing Organizations, OEM and end-user customers.
  • Is a customer advocate for product reliability and process improvements.
  • Initiates and assists Marketing with technical documentation. 
  • Identifies and drives change to processes to deliver customer benefit (internally and externally)
  • Creates Applications Notes to document field issues and how to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities (1) Technical Advisory and Product Advocate 
  • To provide technical support that primarily related to PRO division’s products and solutions, consumables and related accessories
  • Responsible for study, design and propose appropriate PRO products and solutions that suits customer's needs and budgetary requirements
  • Responsible for project coordination, sourcing of supplier/instruments, design and execution of special projects.
  • To organize, and conduct products training, seminar internally and externally.
  • To carry out allocated work efficiently in terms of overall system's performance; instrument's operation; communication within instruments; etc.
Key Responsibilities (2) Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management
  • Responsible for pre-sales ground-work in term to understand customer's actual needs and requirement.
  • To support, assist and configure our brand's sensors, transmitters, housing and cables, consumables and ensure proper configuration in customer’s process environment.
  • Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers 
  • Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services 
  • Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements
  • Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system
  • Adhere to customer's site operating procedures / rules and health / safety / environment regulations.
Key Responsibilities (3) Training Support
  • Creates Service Training material as required.
  • Coordinates training equipment logistics to assure it is available for scheduled trainings.
  • Assists with corporate trainings by conducting Service Trainings as required. 
  • Conducts webinars to demonstrate proper operation of Mettler Toledo PRO products. 

자격요건

Mandatory
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Semicon, Chemical Engineering or any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Strong presentation/training skills.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a process analytics  or related environment
  • Experience and skills in Bio/Pharma, chemical process related with Semicon and Battery, knowledge about sensors or sensor management with connectivity including HART, Fieldbus, etc.
  • Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management
  • Thorough proficiency of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP), Sales/Service Logics or CRM a plus.
  • Working knowledge of analytical sensor measurement functionality.
  • Enjoys analytical thinking, trouble-shooting and technical problem solving.
  • Has an inquisitive nature and is willing to explore and investigate issues until they are resolved.
  • 10% global travel is possible.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license

Preferred
  • First hand understanding of technical equipment, process control system and marketing process

2. 주 40시간 근무, 연차유급휴가는 근로기준법 기준에 따라 부여합니다.
