- To assist sales team in pre- and post-sales; Trails, Demo, Application feasibilities, site training and etc., which lead to sales close.
- Provide sound consultation on MT’s product solution and application.
- Learn and apply product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist BAM and team leader in training customer and also new sales person
- To provide technical support that primarily related to Production Inspection instruments; software and related accessories
- Responsible for study, design and propose appropriate parameters and control system that suits customer's functional and budgetary requirements
- Responsible for project coordination, sourcing of supplier/instruments, design and execution of special projects.
- To organize, and conduct products training, seminar internally and externally.
- To carry out allocated work efficiently in term of overall system's performance; instrument's operation; communication within controllers/instruments; etc.
· Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemistry/Biology/Engineering or any related field
· Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a process automation environment
· Experience and skills in PC/PLC/SCADA system connectivity and basic electrical knowledge are not compulsory but will be an advantage
· Self-starter with a proactive approach
· Possess own transport with a valid driving license
· Willing to travel within Philippine region as and when required
