- Lead team to do the end to end talent recruitment process and implementation;Be able to look for candidates who meet the company's development strategic requirements, select and evaluate candidates through rational use of talent assessment methods, and complete recruitment tasks to support the strategic implementation of the company
- Use the recruitment system to manage and optimize the recruitment process, and update the recruitment progress with candidates timely and effectively to maintain relationship, and create great experience with candidates
- Responsible for developing and maintaining various recruitment channels, focusing on social recruitment channels, new technologies and the new media, as well as optimizing recruitment channel resources
- Responsible for establishing and maintenance the talent pool resources of the company, and be familiar with the talent portraits of various functions. Pay attention to the talent pool reserve and maintenance of key functions. Improve the conversion rate and effectively enhance the recruitment efficiency
- Use professional knowledge to provide consulting service to internal and external customers, and provide professional advice on recruitment, so as to effectively improve internal and external customer satisfaction

- Lead or participate in recruitment-related innovation projects to support the recruitment team

- Education Background
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in human resources or science and engineering related
- Work Experience
- At least 4-5 years working experience related to recruitment
