• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview processes, and support the onboarding of new hires, using our ATS
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, including sourcing
• Close cooperation with the TA teams (Switzerland and European countries)
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pool and utilize data-driven approach, recruitment metric
• Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process
• Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand in Switzerland, including presence at University fairs and Campus recruitment
• Participate in employer branding activities

Following requirements are necessary for this role: 

• You have at least two years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• You have experience with modern TA technologies and platforms (ATS, CRM, AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.). Avature would be a plus
• Experience with recruitment within a similar industry is an advantage
• You bring strong interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail with good ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
• Furthermore, you are fluent in English and German
