- Monitor the quality performance in field to detect the improvement opportunities, take data analysis and highlight the key opportunities for the team to make continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal team and handle important customer complaints and delight customers by delivering satisfying quality.
- Create necessary quality notifications to the responsible units, push them to take effective improvements and follow up.
- As an internal auditor to attend Quality Management System audits, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001,ISO 27001.
- Take charge of 2nd part audits, ensure the audits carried out smoothly and audit findings improved with PDCA.
- Quality awareness spreading, including quality training and internal quality events.
- Other temporary tasks.
- Bachelor degree or above, no major requirements.
- Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001.
- Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Be good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- QA or QC experience is preferred. Experience in continuous improvement projects is welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
