- Assist with the financial operations of the organization in the areas of taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, financial risk management and financial reporting as well as the management of all compliance activities
- To support the Finance and Administration Manager in driving best practices in financial management within the organization so as to maximise efficiency and growth of the organization.
- Handle the preparation of Monthly Management Reports.
- Handle the preparation of Financial Analysis of Monthly Results.
- Submission of strategic data to Corporate on a fixed regular basis
- Prepare Accounts Schedule and liaise with Auditors and Tax agent.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and actual against business plan & budget as required.
- Supervise Team Leaders and FA Staff
- To review invoices received and payment to supplier
- To review completeness of billing to customer
- Assist in liaising with customs and various government agencies on Company matters
- Be accountable for the seamless delivery of the following functions: -
- the reception & front of house functions e.g. first point of contact services
- the physical infrastructure for the operations e.g. premises, equipment and asset
· Degree in Accounting, a CPA is an advantage
· Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in a Finance supervisory role
· Self-starter with a proactive approach
· Excellent understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals, preparedness to learn more complex principles. Good understanding of taxation principles
· Well presented, good communication and negotiation skills
· Sound employee management experience and an empowering leadership style
· Can work autonomously, effectively managing workload without continual guidance
Prior working experience in an MNC environment
