- Responsibilities:
- Achieve Net Sales & AR targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis.
- Achieve activities goals as per guidelines (Demo/e Demo, Seminar/e Seminar, Customer visits, Webinar etc) for target accounts and generate leads. Value sell by
- leveraging high quality sales tools and convert self-generated and marketing leads. Ensure timely response to marketing leads.
- Achieve price realization goals.
- Timely and complete data entry in CRM (Activities, opportunities, Leads, Won/Lost orders etc).
- Achieve cross leads generation goals.
- Work with service team to brickwall all accounts and monitor/improve customer satisfaction."
- Achievement of Monthly Sales and AR targets, by executing initiatives rolled out by the division
- Grow revenue from existing customers and acquire new customers by executing value added activities for retention/penetration
- Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics or BSc. In Electronics. Post graduate qualification in management will be an added advantage
- Overall and Specific Experience:
- Proficient in using CRM and/or an ERP system. 2-4 Years in frontline sales of Capital equipment. Knowledge of Automation, Process or Packaging equipment industry will be an added advantage. Past exposure to consultative/value selling of capital equipment. Experience of Sales in Pharma Industry will also be an advantage.
