- Execute month-end / year-end close (accruals, provisions, journal entries)
- Perform detailed ledger scrutiny and variance analysis
- Independently manage reconciliations: Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions, AP/AR, Intercompany, Tax
- Manage Fixed Asset accounting (capitalization, depreciation, disposals, reconciliation)
- Support MIS reporting, tax compliance, and statutory audits
- Ensure SOX compliance and strong documentation standards
- Coordinate with business units and auditors to resolve issues promptly
- 3–5 years of hands-on GL experience.
- Strong accounting fundamentals (exposure to US GAAP preferred)
- Proven experience with month-end close and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
