Service Inside Sales Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As Service Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the field sales team to improve sales efficiency and help achieve revenue targets. This role manages inbound customer requests (calls and emails) related to leads, opportunities, and quotations for P & F accounts.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling low-value quotations, spare parts enquiries, and post-sale support, while also nurturing high-value leads and re-engaging dormant accounts. The position covers the full product portfolio and focuses on identifying cross-selling opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support Field Sales Representatives in generating revenue across the business division
• Manage inbound enquiries related to leads, opportunities, and quotations
• Generate and follow up on low- to mid-value quotations for existing customers
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to qualify leads and create opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Deliver qualified leads to Field Sales Representatives for further action
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, including overdue opportunities and activities
• Produce weekly and overdue opportunity reports using CRM tools
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across products and services
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and needs analysis
• Handle customer objections, escalations, and complaints professionally
• Achieve revenue targets, particularly for spare parts sales within assigned business units

What You Need to Succeed

• Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
• Experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Proven experience working with KPIs and achieving targets
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to sell based on customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong data entry and analytical skills
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems (SAP experience desirable)
