- Hold full P&L responsibility for the Laboratory division, delivering sales, order entry, and profitability targets in line with annual and long-term plans.
- Develop and execute the divisional commercial strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, implementing corrective actions to ensure delivery against targets.
- Drive market expansion and strengthen the division’s position as a UK market leader.
- Drive corporate programmes, including Spinnaker, with a focus on lead generation, sales force effectiveness, sales setup, and value selling.
- Build and enhance UK sales support capabilities, including telemarketing and telesales functions
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve key business objectives and support succession planning.
- Collaborate across the Mettler Toledo group to deliver strategic goals and business objectives
- Ensure customer service standards are industry-leading and continuously improved to meet the needs of customers, employees, and stakeholders.
