- Perform routine service and calibration of customer instruments to ensure maximum operational uptime and full compliance with customer standards.
- Engage in ongoing training to develop and refine your technical skills, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Strictly adhere to all Mettler Toledo Quality and Health and Safety procedures to ensure safe and consistent work practices in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers, providing guidance on the use and maintenance of their equipment to foster strong customer relationships.
- Successfully complete an annual calibration competency test for various pipettes to maintain ongoing competence and compliance with industry standards.
- Your expertise and commitment will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards associated with Mettler Toledo.
- Strong attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for providing accurate calibration and servicing to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
- While prior experience with pipettes—gained through education or previous work—is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We will provide you with all the necessary tools and training to succeed in your role.
