- Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure direct tax and transfer pricing compliances for India legal entity(ies) and overseas entities having transactions in India.
- Responsible for computation of Income Tax/Advance tax/tax Provisions/Deferred tax/ tax reporting's, filing of IT returns and filing of TP workings.
- Prepare Documentation and complete Transfer Pricing related compliances
- Manage Tax assessments/audits. Handle litigation, appear before authorities, draft replies/ appeals, deal with consultants/ advocates.
- Prepare & co-ordinate statutory audit requirements connected to the area of taxation..
- Advice on tax matters..
- Coordinate with Global tax team, share required details and imbibe best practices.
- Identify opportunities to optimize effective tax rates and cash tax flows. Monitor effective tax rates..
- Track relevant changes in law/ procedures and prepare the organization to meet the requirements before deadline by making changes in ERP & imparting trainings.
- Qualifications and Technical Skills:- Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Large MNC with manufacturing set up will be preferred.
- Overall and Specific Experience:- Exposure to MNC culture. - Preference will be given to candidates having experience of corporate direct, transfer pricing and international tax including interpreting tax treaties.- Hands on experience on SAP will be an added advantage.
