- Assist with laptop deployment, including staging, configuring, and preparing devices for new team members.
- Shadow and assist the team in providing first-level IT support, helping internal employees resolve day-to-day tech issues.
- Learn how enterprise hardware support works by helping log, track, and coordinate hardware repairs with external vendors like Dell.
- Help maintain our IT inventory system, gaining insight into the full lifecycle management of enterprise equipment.
- Assist in coordinating with end-users to ensure their devices are updated, secure, and compliant with company standards.
- Help create and update user-friendly guides and IT documentation to make technology easier for everyone.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong interest in IT support operations, hardware, and modern workplace technologies.
- A basic, foundational understanding of hardware troubleshooting and computer networking.
- Any prior exposure to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or basic networking concepts (VPN/LAN).
