Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join our team as a Quality and Product Support Intern to assist Quality and Tech Support in driving customer satisfaction and coordinating key activities across departments. Responsibilities:
- Support audit prep by verifying complaints and following up on tickets.
- Maintain Document Change Request folders and update Quality Management System.
- Inspect and organize Return Merchandise Authorization packages.
- Coordinate return packages and sensor investigations.
- Upload certificates and manage product documentation.
- Maintain logs and SharePoint content.
- Collaborate with production sites on certificate storage.
- Must currently be pursuing undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Bioprocessing or other Life Science, or similar focus.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- A quality internship experience filled with impactful assignments and group projects, and ample networking, social, and volunteering opportunities with other interns and leaders across our company.
