Your Tasks
- Efficiently create and maintain master data of customer and material in relevant system.
- Receive request from unit responsible:- Business unit on market from APAC countries will request to create and maintain master data of customer and material.
- Verify request (eg; duplicate, sufficient information, etc).
- Based on excellent understanding of system process and data governance, proceed maintenance on system (eg; SAP, other system modules).
- SharePoint basic development.
- Power Automate flow creation & maintenance.
- PowerApps implementation on SharePoint form.
- Proceed request via SharePoint on system procedure.
- Consulting the stakeholders:- Work closely with relevant parties (eg; producing unit, Finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery time and quality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge in MS Office skills.
- Data maintenance experience preferred.
- Diploma/Bachelor/Certificate in Information System / Data Management.
- SharePoint and SAP experience would be a plus.
- Good focus on details.
- Experience on similar position will be an asset.
