- Developing leads by researching new companies, new contacts, contact history, and contact application experience based on specific target industry, segment, and application criteria.
- Executing inside sales campaigns and providing immediate visibility for all leads to the local account management and technical application consultant teams.
- Supporting and executing various product and application campaign initiatives to increase the number of quality leads passed to the field.
- Supporting, communicating, and building effective relationship with field sales and collaborating with account managers.
- Building rapport with prospects through phone, online chat, and email communication.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, or equivalent working experience.
- Experience in sales and research is desired.
- A foundational understanding of process development and chemistry.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Ability to successfully work in both small and large teams.
- SAP experience is a plus.
