Senior Delivery Lead (Scrum Master/ Agile Coach/ RTE)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Senior Delivery Lead role in our company is combination of 3 areas: 
  • SAFe Scrum Master
  • Agile Coach 
  • RTE 
In this role you will be rotating between those three areas depending on business and project's needs. 

This role includes coaching team members on Agile methodologies though the transformation times, supporting teams within technical aspects related to release, cutover management and ensure the proper delivery of SAP implementation topics for specific template enhancement initiatives. 
You will be engaged in technical aspects of delivery (e.g. transport management, technical cutovers, etc). You will also be leading a scrum team and cooperating with Product Owner to deliver quality deliverables of a high business value. You will report to the Delivery Manager within the global team.

Ultimately, you’ll help create friendly, streamlined working environment for our product teams. 

Your tasks: 
  • Guide the delivery team on how to use the relevant agile practices and methodology based on the context of the situation with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Oversee delivery and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaption.
  • Help the team to “fail fast” using data to build learning. You will be an active participant and facilitator of important team activities retrospectives).
  • Nurture and inspire the team to take responsibility for their delivery process and the outcomes they deliver. In SAFe structure assumes the role of Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
  • Create a supportive and trusting environment to support full team engagement. Foster close cooperation and communication across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.
  • Manage interdependencies between delivery teams (Internal and External).
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to support short and long-term planning and to priorities deliverables on an ongoing basis.
  • Define team objectives and key results (OKR’s), oversee delivery against these and team KPI’s, hold the team accountable for achieving, taking required action to drive team performance.
  • Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
  • Evolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Min. 3 years of working experience in scrum master/agile coach role,
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach, 
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
  • Open, trustworthy personality and interpersonal resilience – can easily communicate to different seniority levels, different points of view and work with variety of different nationalities,
  • Flexibility, agile mindset and situational adaptability, 
  • Commitment to achieving delivery targets, showing initiative, and following through.
That would be your additional asset:
  • CSM/PSM/CLP/SAFe certification,
  • Practical knowledge of SAFe,
  • SAP implementation, transport management and cutover experience.
