We are looking for Transformation Consultant, who is not only able to lead people through the change but also thrives in a changing environment.  

What change environment means? 
Being able to swift between different areas and roles like Change Management, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Scrum Master. 

The key purpose of that role is to support the end-to-end change process, facilitating and leading Agile transformation activities by coaching teams and leaders, and ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver value efficiently.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Assist or play a key role in change management initiatives by supporting stakeholder alignment and addressing resistance.
  • Help translate transformation goals into clear, actionable steps and support their implementation.
  • Work within complex organizational structures, adapting to varying team needs and maturity levels.
  • Promote an Agile mindset and culture through guidance and practical support.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams to develop Agile/SAFe skills and practices.
  • Support clear and consistent communication across teams and management.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and deliver scaled Agile activities such as Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency tracking, and risk identification.
  • Help remove obstacles that hinder team progress and support Product Owners and Product Management with backlog management both on team and Agile Release Train (ART) level.
  • Collect and report on aligned meaningful key performance indicators and metrics to track delivery and transformation progress both on team and Agile Release Train (ART) level.
  • Manage priorities and resources effectively to support ongoing transformation efforts and maintain team engagement.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Higher (university degree) education in Business, IT, Change Management. 
  • Years of Professional Experience: 
    • Change management experience – over 5 years,
    • Scrum master/agile coach experience - over 5 years,
    • RTE experience – 6 months.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in:
    • Transformation and change management,
    • Agile/SAFe and/or SCRUM. 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), candidate is used to communicating in English, as well to working with variety of different nationalities. 
  • Experience in international transformation projects within large, matrixed organizations. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively at all levels. 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and hands-on approach. 
That would be your additional asset: 
  • SAFe /PSM/CSM certification, 
  • Knowledge of SAP implementation, transport management, and cutover processes.

Please be informed that the first 3 months (probationary period) you should be prepared for work from the office, we want to provide the proper onboarding and want you to get to know the team. :-)
