- Leading quality projects and ensure quality readiness at NPDI stages.
- Integrating Design for Quality principles to minimize defects.
- Developing Control Plans and identifying quality gaps.
- Facilitating cross-team collaboration to meet quality goals.
- Monitoring quality metrics and leading root cause analyses.
- Using quality tools (FMEA, CAPA, RCA, 8D, PDCA, etc.) to implement improvements.
- Conducting design reviews, validations, and applying QFD and DOE techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, or related technical field.
- CQE or CQM certification and minimum of 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance and quality improvement, preferably within product development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma (DMAIC), Lean, FMEA, Ishikawa/Fishbone, CAPA, RCA, 8D, PDCA, and 5S.
- Proficient in using quality tools, including QFD and DOE.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC 9001:2015, 17025, NIST, ANSI).
