Quality Engineer (CQE/CQM Required)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Quality Engineer, you will leading quality initiatives focused on new product development, pilot studies, and verification/validation. Additionally, you will drive quality integration into product and process designs, fostering continuous improvement across R&D, product management, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities include: 
  • Leading quality projects and ensure quality readiness at NPDI stages. 
  • Integrating Design for Quality principles to minimize defects. 
  • Developing Control Plans and identifying quality gaps. 
  • Facilitating cross-team collaboration to meet quality goals. 
  • Monitoring quality metrics and leading root cause analyses. 
  • Using quality tools (FMEA, CAPA, RCA, 8D, PDCA, etc.) to implement improvements. 
  • Conducting design reviews, validations, and applying QFD and DOE techniques.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, or related technical field. 
  • CQE or CQM certification and minimum of 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance and quality improvement, preferably within product development environments. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma (DMAIC), Lean, FMEA, Ishikawa/Fishbone, CAPA, RCA, 8D, PDCA, and 5S. 
  • Proficient in using quality tools, including QFD and DOE. 
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC 9001:2015, 17025, NIST, ANSI).
