- Lead marketing campaigns from start to finish, including creating brochures, guides, datasheets, and multimedia content.
- Plan and track projects with timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Contribute to defining project goals and scope.
- Coordinate with teams for content review and campaign execution.
- Review materials to avoid duplication, organise documents and manage translations.
- Present campaigns to teams.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for leadership.
- Create social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and manage regular social media postings to maintain brand visibility.
- Assist with website content updates and landing pages.
- Coordinate video production and integration into marketing materials.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and execute complex projects and campaigns on time and within scope.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to effectively collaborate remotely using Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with video production processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver is advantageous.
- Written and verbal communication skills in German is advantageous.
