Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to be actively involved in developing, planning and driving marketing projects to successful completion for METTLER TOLEDO's Product Inspection Division - specifically for our Checkweighing, Vision Inspection and Service Business Units.

Please note: This is a fixed term contract for 24 months.

What You'll Do:

Lead marketing campaigns from start to finish, including creating brochures, guides, datasheets, and multimedia content.
Plan and track projects with timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Contribute to defining project goals and scope.
Coordinate with teams for content review and campaign execution.
Review materials to avoid duplication, organise documents and manage translations.
Present campaigns to teams.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for leadership.
Create social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and manage regular social media postings to maintain brand visibility.
Assist with website content updates and landing pages.
Coordinate video production and integration into marketing materials.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing campaigns in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Proven ability to develop, manage, and execute complex projects and campaigns on time and within scope.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to effectively collaborate remotely using Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with video production processes is advantageous.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver is advantageous.
Written and verbal communication skills in German is advantageous.
