- Installing, maintaining, and repairing production machines and facility equipment.
- Reading technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Calibrating and testing equipment for optimal performance.
- Performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Working with PLCs, three-phase electrical systems, cranes, robotics, and CNC machines.
- Using hand/power tools and material handling equipment safely.
- Maintaining maintenance records in CMMS.
- Complying with safety standards and keep work areas clean.
- Associates degree or technical training preferred; high school or GED with additional relevant work experience will be acceptable.
- 5-10 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Must have experience with schematics or electrical wiring diagrams, single and three phase electric up to 480V, and a strong electro-mechanical background.
- PLC troubleshooting and calibration/metrology experience is a plus.
- Experience with Impulse or another CMMS platform.
- Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm and overtime as needed with occasional Saturdays.
