Join our dynamic team in managing customer inquiries, service contracts, and data accuracy. You'll ensure timely invoicing and maintain seamless communication with international business partners—all while keeping our processes smooth and efficient.
  • Handling customer inquiries 
  • Manage service contracts: create and update service contracts based on customer or technician requests (in cooperation with corresponding departments if required) 
  • Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers 
  • Invoicing of services and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers 
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving of all relevant documents 
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions - however we are open to applicants who have a bit less as well 
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish (B2+ min) and strong English  
  • Well-developed MS Office skills  
  • Attention to detail   
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules 
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset)

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
