- Handling customer inquiries
- Manage service contracts: create and update service contracts based on customer or technician requests (in cooperation with corresponding departments if required)
- Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers
- Invoicing of services and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving of all relevant documents
- Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team
- 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions - however we are open to applicants who have a bit less as well
- Very good knowledge of Spanish (B2+ min) and strong English
- Well-developed MS Office skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset)
