Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a member of our Global Supply Chain Excellence team, you will drive the advancement of METTLER TOLEDO’s supply chain through: as a SCM Excellence Specialist 100% (all genders)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

You design and implement global strategic initiatives that foster continuous improvement in our unit operations.
You contribute to the development of our supply chain strategy, promoting sustainable and long-term performance across the organization.
You analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for targeted improvements.
You optimize our global network structures to enhance responsiveness to delivery demands while building resilience across regions.
You lead strategic projects and indirectly manage cross-functional project teams.

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

You are a recent graduate with a background in engineering or similar technical studies, eager to be introduced to the world of supply chain management and motivated to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, global environment.
You demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently and drive change.
You have strong change management and project management skills that enable effective collaboration across diverse teams.
You exhibit superior communication skills (listening and speaking) and influencing abilities.
You are reliable, proactive, and self-driven, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning and curiosity.
