Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a SCM Excellence Intern 80-100% (all genders welcome) on our Global Supply Chain Excellence team at METTLER TOLEDO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain and operational efficiency.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

You support the team in assisting with global strategic initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in unit operations.
You assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that promote sustainability and long-term performance.
You help analyze supply chain performance data to identify potential areas for improvement.
You contribute to efforts to optimize global network structures to improve delivery responsiveness and regional resilience.
You provide support on strategic projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams under guidance.

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

You are a recent graduate with a background in engineering or similar technical studies, eager to be introduced to the world of supply chain management and motivated to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, global environment.
You demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently and drive change.
You have strong change management and project management skills that enable effective collaboration across diverse teams.
You exhibit superior communication skills (listening and speaking) and influencing abilities.
You are reliable, proactive, and self-driven, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning and curiosity.
