- Service Sales: Forecasting, Planning, Execution & Collection for Service Products. Align & manage Tele sales, Service Sales, Inside Sales & Contract Admin teams. Healthy sales pipeline through leads & opportunities mapping
- Delegation & Tracking of all Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring top quality service to both internal and external customers
- Improve Customer Experience by seeking feedback through regular site visits
- Team Management: Ensure training, upgrade skills & continually motivate for excellent performance.
- Territory mapping to ensure better reach to customer & thereby achieve all Service KPI's
- Ownership, Accountability & Responsibility to deliver on Key performance indicators for Business & Operations thereby build customer relationship
- Engage with team for their overall development so as to deliver on all expectations
- Close alignment with all internal stake holders
- B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 15yrs+ Work experience in Team Management, Business Accumen, Customer Management & Service Delivery
- Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of Excel & Data Analytics
- Service Experience on Analytical/Industrial Instruments would be an added advantage
