About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by generating sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering value-based solutions through digital and telephone engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales and close deals via telephone and digital channels
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve conversion targets
  • Present and promote products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs and preferences
  • Handle customer objections, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and customer data within the CRM system
  • Prepare and process quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations
  • Identify product demo opportunities and collaborate with field sales teams
  • Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to deliver value-based solutions

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (SAP/CRM experience desirable)
  • Good IT skills and confidence using digital sales tools
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
