- Generate sales and close deals via telephone and digital channels
- Manage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve conversion targets
- Present and promote products and services to existing and potential customers
- Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs and preferences
- Handle customer objections, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain accurate records and customer data within the CRM system
- Prepare and process quotations accurately and efficiently
- Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations
- Identify product demo opportunities and collaborate with field sales teams
- Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to deliver value-based solutions
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems (SAP/CRM experience desirable)
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital sales tools
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
