- Process service orders and ensure the quality and completeness of reports submitted by technicians,
- Manage invoicing for services, repairs, and installations, guaranteeing timely and accurate billing for customers,
- Maintain and update customer data in the system based on information received from technicians or customers,
- Oversee service contract management,
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently,
- Process customer complaints by reviewing invoice quality, verifying completeness of technician reports, checking the accuracy of issued documents, and issuing necessary corrections,
- Ensure all relevant documents are electronically archived completely and promptly.
- 2 years' professional experience in similar positions,
- Very good knowledge of French, English and Polish (min. B2),
- Well-developed MS Office skills,
- Quick perception and excellent attention to detail,
- Focus on time frames,
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
