Service Administration Specialist with French (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administration Specialist (all genders) to support our French-speaking unit. If you are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity to join our team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Process service orders and ensure the quality and completeness of reports submitted by technicians,
  • Manage invoicing for services, repairs, and installations, guaranteeing timely and accurate billing for customers,
  • Maintain and update customer data in the system based on information received from technicians or customers,
  • Oversee service contract management,
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently,
  • Process customer complaints by reviewing invoice quality, verifying completeness of technician reports, checking the accuracy of issued documents, and issuing necessary corrections,
  • Ensure all relevant documents are electronically archived completely and promptly.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2 years' professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good knowledge of French, English and Polish (min. B2),
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Quick perception and excellent attention to detail,
  • Focus on time frames,
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour).
