Junior Endpoint System Engineer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the Junior Endpoint System Engineer for Electronic Workplace Solutions and support our global Microsoft 365 platform. You will join a global team of engineers in the area of Digital Workplace and participate in daily operations, troubleshooting and service management activities.

Main responsibilities:
  • Run global workplace operations - specifically InTune, Client (SSCM), Mobile Device Management (InTune) and Azure Active Directory operations utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Support transition of new solutions into operations
  • Build knowledge to support new features
  • Ensure sustainable operations and integration with other Solution Areas
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by Global Service Desk/Level 1 Support
  • Support design for operational change requests
  • Assist in reducing end user incidents and assessing technical change requests
  • Act as technical support for implementation projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate to build expertise across the Operations Team.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • At least 1 year of experience and knowledge in solution design within an Enterprise environment.
  • Excellent English skills (min. C1 level). 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products including O365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, etc.
  • Experience with Intune for deploying applications and configurations, and knowledge of packaging applications and troubleshooting installations including powershell scripting.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
